Hi! We were supposed to get married 5/30/20 but had to postpone to 5/22/21. We are cutting the list to 50 people to be physically at the wedding but are planning on streaming the ceremony for the remainder of the guests. For those of you in similar positions, how are you inviting people and/or telling people about the streaming part? Are you resending invites to everyone and including the link for the stream?

    We're sending out change of plans cards to those that we have to uninvite and including the streaming link. On our invitations we included a details enclosure cards saying we understand if you can't/won't attend and here's the link. We also put it on our wedding site for people to access

    I sent out an email to guests, I also put it on our wedding website, we are having a small reception with 30 or so people but are welcoming anyone to join at the church who wants to, so for those guests who are not invited to the small reception (especially for the older folks who don't check email, or wedding websites), I will be sending a card in the mail titled "Wedding Update" It has the info for streaming as well as the date of our larger ceremony later in the year.

    We sent out letters saying we were doing a livestream instead of a big wedding and asked everyone to send me their email if they would like the link. Then we just emailed them the link.
    That was mostly because I didn’t have the link all ready at the time that we sent the letters, but if you already have your link I would sent it with the change cards

    I didn't postpone, our original date is 5/1/21. But I'm in a similar situation. I will be ordering 2 different invitations (just the wording is different), one for in-person guests and one for livestream only guests with the link.
