Covid change of plans

Hey everyone! We just found out less than 2 weeks before our wedding that the ceremony venue we had booked has fallen through due to covid. We are planning to switch to a mostly virtual ceremony and have that in our back yard but have no idea how to tell our guests with such short notice. We'll still be having the reception at a different location and everyone will be invited to that still. But how do we let people know? Has anyone had to do this? So far we've only told our wedding party and parents.
