Covid do over.

So my husband and I planned our wedding for November 2020 and it was still doable with all the restrictions
Well the venue over booked another group and they said that the other group booked after we did and they would be finished by 3pm the day of our wedding.
Well that didn’t work. Everyone that rsvp called the night before the rehearsal and canceled so it was us and our wedding party and we just eloped With a plan to have a wedding in 5 years
Well now we are planning it and I am trying to avoid the extra stress and drama that comes with planning and organizing.
The big stress is many of the vendors do not offer gluten free. And if they do it’s not been well rated. I really want to catering but I want good food.
Sorry I needed to vent.

Are there that many guests who cannot handle gluten in their diet? I did not think gluten was a problem for many people.

The whole wedding party and including my family is either celiac or have a wheat allergy.
It’s a very real thing people have been celiac for years it’s not new.
I effects 1million people in the USA to date.
Also with wheat ,soy and corn being modified and enhanced it’s causing more problems than it did in the past.

Sorry. I don't have any direct experience. But maybe a health food store has catering too. I would think of the smaller chains. We have Mother's Market around here. Maybe places like that may have recommendations.

Before Whole Foods was purchased by amazon it had a lot of options.
    But thank you.
I will have to look for a smaller chain I know fresh market cannot do it.
