I don't have any specific knowledge about MA, but I'm sorry that you have to think about postponing your wedding. It's a tough situation for spring/summer couples.

I think the best move is to start considering your options. Have you checked with your venue? Are they making any recommendations? Would they offer any late 2020 dates and/or 2021 dates? I was planning to be married July 26 and this week we decided to do a small ceremony in June and postpone the celebration until 2021. We don't want to have 120 people fly from all over the country to attend our wedding and still have to wear face masks or be concerned about their health. As with the current state, I don't see it getting to that point over the next 10 weeks.
For other people who might find this thread, Burlington is doing marriage certificates by appointment only (many aren't issuing any at all right now).

I know Rhode Island is only allowing 50 gatherings for June/July, August might be 100. I don't think Baker will let us know guidelines until the 18th. I'm guessing if things go well with reopening maybe we can have more than 50 people at a wedding, I'm sure they will require people to wear mask still. I'm August 29th and have been planning my plan B elope and have a vow renewal next summer. Best of luck!
