Our wedding is on 4/3/21 & we fly to Jamaica on 4/5. I just found out that as if Monday, the Jamaican government changed the testing requirements from 10 days to 72 hours prior to departure. We can go to any Walgreens or CVS for the PCR test (we’ll get it done in the Phoenix area). I’ll make appointments for us the day before our wedding to get tested. My question is has anyone had a PCR test recently? What was the turn around time for you?

Thanks girl! That’s what makes me nervous. The earliest we can test is Friday 4/2 & we fly out early Monday morning...

Turnaround times are super variable. I regularly get PCR tested at work and usually have my results in about 24 hours. My friend did a drive thru test at Walgreens (in a different state) and said she was told to expect results in 2-4 days.

Hi! Where did you get your covid testing done before going to St. Lucia? I have a test scheduled at CVS but I’m worried because you have to swab yourself. The Sandals website says “self administered tests will not be accepted.” Trying to figure out if this will be an issue.

We did ours at Walgreens. What they are meaning is the home COVID tests aren't accepted.
