Hi all! My fiancé and I are scheduled to get married in October 2020 in Philadelphia. We are inviting 100 guests and anticipate that approximately 80 people will attend if things are back to normal come the fall. However, because these are uncertain times now due to covid19, I was curious if other PA brides are asking their vendors about open and restricted contracts. For example, if Philly moves from the "red" to the "yellow" phase of reopening in October, large gatherings of more than 25 are prohibited. So instead of cancelling all together or postponing, is anyone discussing two separate contracts depending on what the state will or won’t allow if you plan to get married no matter what on your date?
