Eat healthy and exercise. A caloric deficit is the only way to lose weight.

What Caytlyn said. There really is no creative, healthy way to lose weight. There's the healthy way and the creative way, but those tend to be mutually exclusive.

I gave up juice and was only drinking water. I ate broccoli, chicken breast and corn or asparagus and salads without cheese. No bread. I only ate berries for fruit. Me and my fiancé at the time got a personal trainer for 2 days out of the week for 2 months then the last two months I just only ate healthy. I ate only egg whites and turkey bacon for breakfast or a cup of oatmeal. I started at 189 and for my wedding I was 159. I was determined to lose what I had been trying to lose for a while. My wedding in the future just made it happen.

Yeah, unfortunately the only healthy way to lose weight is just to eat healthy and exercise. There's 3500 calories per one pound of fat, so you'd have to create a caloric deficit of 500 calories per day in order to lose one pound per week. You can safely lose 1-2 pounds per week. I wish there was a faster solution, but science dictates otherwise.

Creative? Meal replacement shakes and gym for myself. Vitamins and healthy snacks. No desserts, no eating out. Although I do see it as a diet I see it as a goal, I have a dress I have to look gorgeous in.

Keto! It’s how I used to eat before dating my (now) hubby. Lost 15 before the wedding.👍

I second keto for healthy and quick weight loss. Weight is all about diet.

However, my suggestion for creative/fun exercise was dance lessons - for the first dance, of course! We will be doing that to learn the waltz for ours. Ever see how in shape dancing with the stats contestants get?! 😁

Being in a caloric deficit. Burn more calories than you consume. Smaller portions. My fitness pal.

I cut out coffee creamer, soda and desserts. I went to HIIT classes twice a week and walked my dog on the weekends. I've lost 13 lbs.

Find new fun recipes on pinterest that fit a healthy diet ( low carb, more veggies, etc.) and find a FUN way to work out. Run, dance, hike, swim, yoga, rebounding, lift, hiit, etc. Try a few different things and find what you love to do. If you are looking for something to follow along to youtube has a ton of free workout videos from dancing to yoga to rebounding and more. Diet wise really take a look at what you are eating and when you are eating. Make sure you are actually hungry when you eat and that the foods you are eating are going to keep you full. Cutting out high calorie drinks is also super helpful as they take up a portion of your calorie intake for the day but don't provide you with anything to keep you full long term. It is simple in that you need a good diet and exercise to have a calorie deficit but you CAN do it in a fun and creative way. Not everyone is successful in the same ways. I for one HATE the gym. I prefer to workout at home I rebound, run with my dogs, and do yoga.
