I don't have a Cricut, but my mom does. She helped me make little cards to go in my bridesmaid proposal boxes, and she's going to be making us a guestbook similar to the ones by Peachwik, it will be a peacock with a bunch of little paper "feathers" the guests can sign. Then she's also going to make us a window cling for one of our cars that says "Just Married - Mischief Managed" in the Harry Potter font. Smiley laugh

This is a mock-up of our wedding invitations. The date will probably be changed to either March or April of 2019.

My mom bought one and loves it! She let me use it for cutting flower petals for my paper bouquets before I had to move out of state. She makes holiday cards mainly, but she'll sometimes get crafty and search Pinterest for projects.

Cricut is fantastic for addressing envelopes! I love the Cricut, but the program drives me nuts sometimes. There's some glitches and problems they seriously need to fix and we'll as speed the dang thing up, but with a little patience, it's easy to use.

I made some cute hangers and tumblers for the bridal party, a welcome window to display at the entrance to our venue, customized cornhole boards, yard dice in cute buckets...the options are endless. It was well worth the purchase price to me!

I made door hangers for the welcome bags for guests to use at the hotel, the stickers for the bags, water bottle labels, stickers for our favor boxes, table place cards...

Ideas I have seen and currently either doing or considering or I saw and thought was cute.
    1. Paper Flowers - we are certainly doing this
    2. Invitation covers- Certainly doing
    3. Addressing envelopes
    4. Wedding Cake topper
    5. Mr & Mrs. Sign for head table or on chairs (you cut it out on the cricut for stencil use foam and paint/glitter)
    6. Place cards
    7. Signs for around venue (I've seen ones like Just married, eat cake where it's individual letters tied together etc.)
    8. Small lanterns that can cover flameless candles for on tables
    9. Cupcake wrappers
    10. Table numbers
    11. If your reserving seats/rows for family at the ceremony they have cut out signs you can make to signify they're reserved.
    12. Decals for things like Water bottles, wine glasses, t-shirts, bags, anything you can stick a decal to.

The possibilities are endless I would say worth it.

I used the Cricut at our public library, and addressed all my daughter's invitation envelopes. They turned out beautifully! Very fun project for me, to find out you can put a pen in the Cricut and use it for writing, not just cutting out things.

Next, I'll be playing with vinyl on the Cricut and cutting out things. Will start with labels for bride's storage totes for her stuff that is collecting for the wedding.
