Cruise or sandals resorts

Soon to be Mrs. Rachal, on September 9, 2016 at 11:26 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 18

I really dont know what to do. I have a long time to think about it but its going to be between a cruise or a sandals resort. Who has been to the sandals resort? Ive taken a cruise but i love it but i hear people talking about sandals resorts. I want romantic all inclusive affordable and i would love adults only.

Is it better to book yourself or get a travel agent

Book yourself. Just go on their website. They have a chat system set up so you can speak to someone if you have questions.

We have been to a sandals resort and it was really nice! However, much more expensive than a cruise. About 1,000-$1,500 more. Either way will be beautiful, romantic, and relaxing!

We debated on both but felt sandals was better for our honeymoon. We liked we could do whatever rather than have to be on/off a ship by a certain time. We figured we could do a cruise any time but sandals wasn't something we would plan for a normal vacation.

We are going to a Sandals resort. We went through a travel agent which saved us money compared to what we would've gotten through their website. It also saved up the hassle of trying to line things up: flights, dates, times, etc.

There's a pretty vast difference between prices. My FH and I are going to a Sandals resort b/c we have always wanted to experience one, but I love cruises too and they are way cheaper. Depends on budget and what kind of experience you want for your honeymoon. Either would be a wonderful choice.

They are both great options, but as said before a pretty good difference in price. Cruise is more budget friendly when compared to a Sandals, but I feel you have more freedom at a resort and you are guaranteed adults only. For some clients another alternative I give them is an adult all inclusive in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

It also depends on what cruise line, destinations, airfares, etc. We're going to Sandals Royal Plantation this month for our honeymoon. Price was pretty reasonable considering its all inclusive. A lot of cruise lines charge extra for alcoholic beverages plus it's not as easy to find an adults only cruise. Either way, happy wedding and have a great time!

Sandals is having some wonderful promotions right now and we can find you the perfect property for you budget. Sandals properties are adults only. Cruise ships are not adults only. Now, they might have some adults only sections, but you will see kids. All depends on the type of environment you are looking for. With the all inclusive properties, the price you pay is the price you pay. It includes everything. With a cruise ship, depending on the package, you will pay extra for drinks, even soda, if you want to eat in any of the specialty restaurants there are extra fees, if you do order drinks, there is an 18% gratuity plus the gratuities at the end of the week for the staff. If I can help answer any more questions, please feel free to reach out to me.

I loved my last cruise experience (December 2015) so DH and I are going on our honeymoon cruise December 4th on Royal Caribbean out of Galveston. It goes to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. I love that all of your food/non-alcoholic drinks are provided, entertainment is provided, free room service, and you get to visit 3 foreign countries without having the hassle of flying in and out of airports.

I've been to 5 different Sandals and lots of cruises and have honeymooners who have been to the ones I haven't been to. I'd be happy to explain how each Sandal's is different and what types of cruises are best for honeymooning couples. There is no charge for my services so feel free to give me a call at 352-322-1820. I just need to ask some questions about your preferences and then I can make some recommendations that will fulfill your honeymoon dreams.
