Chocolate!! Or red velvet

I love red velvet, carrot, and lemon with raspberry (I've had it more as an ice cream flavor, but I've seen a couple places with lemon cake and raspberry frosting)

FH picked the cake and cupcake flavors and he chose vanilla, tirimasu, red velvet, peanut butter cup, and white chocolate raspberry.

Have fun today! The cake tasting has been our favorite part of planning!

I love anything with peanut butter or chocolate!

I've been loving spice cake lately, too. For a winter wedding that might be nice!

Does your baker offer a list of flavors to choose from?

Love the lemon and raspberry combo. Chocolate and caramel can be really good roo. If you have multiple flavors and any of your guests have allergies like peanuts I would recommend either not getting peanut butter or making sure each flavor is clearly signed. Thankfully I'm not super allergic but I had that happen at one wedding and it definitely messed up the night. (Note - I did tell them about the allergy and it was friends who have known about it for years). They felt horrible afterwards that the cupcakes were all mixed together.

We just did our tasting yesterday - so fun!!! We ended up with white champagne with peach filling for one layer and then lemon cake with fresh lemon curd. I also secretly ordered a grooms cake that is red velvet!

Our small cake is funfetti with buttercream and the cupcake flavors are: funfetti, red velvet with cream cheese frosting, carrot with cream cheese frosting, chocolate with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache, lemon with raspberry mousse and buttercream. Nom nom nom

Banana cake with whipped cream cheese frosting.

Still dont know the flavors for our two tiers yet lol
