Curved Wedding Band

StokedToBeASaucier, on August 25, 2016 at 4:53 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 34

Any brides out there getting a curved wedding band due to their engagement ring? I am looking to get some ideas. Share pictures of designs you're interested in or ring you're going to get!

This one fits perfectly. I don't think anything else would.

I wanted a curved one! I couldn't find anything that would match my band or a band that had diamonds as far down as mine...pretty rings!!

My set has two bands that curve around the engagement ring. I was so worried nothing would go and then I found the matching bands!

Mine is notched, more than curved, because there is a diamond on the side. It wasn't a set, I had to have the band custom made using the ering shank as a template.

Mine has multiple curves to fit around the infinity band on my engagement ring.

Just for another perspective, it's ok if the two don't sit completely flush against each other. There is a tiny space in mine and I love the way it looks. I also like it because there are some instances when I like to wear just the band alone. Nothing wrong with either type of band, just offering a different perspective Smiley smile

I'll have two that curve around both sides, even though one could sit flush, we liked the way they look! This was before they got resized.

I was thinking about a curved band, but what if I want to wear my wedding band without my engagement ring. Then I thought a curved band looks a little off...

I thought I was going to want a curved band but couldn't find ANYTHING without it being custom which I didn't want. I was pleasantly surprised with the straight band!

I bought a contour band; I'm having them soldered together (took them today, in fact!) because I don't want the metal on metal wear, or the diamonds to scratch one another.

I actually looked at a lot of places and found this band that fits perfectly so I didn't need to have it custom made.

@Summer mine isn't flush either but I love it and also anticipate wearing one without the other.

I have long fingers, so I wasn't worried if my e-ring had to sit on top of my band.

    Same here @Shanna!

I search all over and couldn't find a curved band that I liked, so I went with two straight bands!

I didn't get mine because of my e-ring, I just liked it!

I had to get a curved one and I had to go to 6 stores before I finally found one that fit well to my engagement ring. I know zales has a bad rep but that's where I got mine, can still take it somewhere else to get repairs.

I got mine off Etsy for a very reasonable price, just searched "curved wedding bands". I ended up going with Kobelli jewelers, and they were willing to send me a wax mold so I could make sure it fit with my E-ring first. It worked out perfectly!
