Custom domain help!

Hello! Last night I paid the $24 for a custom domain. I received a payment confirmation email and the money has been taken out of my account. My website still is not active and I am unsure if I need to claim it or what I need to do next. Has anyone had similar issues to this when purchasing a domain through WeddingWire? Please help!

    That happened to me too. I contacted support and they explained it could take around 24hrs to have everything properly connected and working on the backend for the site to go live
