Custom Domain Not Working

Hi! I purchased a custom domain earlier this week with the two-year option and it still isn’t working. When I put it in, I get to a page that says the server cannot be found. I’m wondering if anyone knows how to remedy that - I can’t order my save the dates until I know that the website will work! Thank you in advance!

File a chargeback with your bank or see if WW can refund it, honestly so many people have had issues its not even worth it. use a free site like The Knot

Agreed, just try to get money back and go use zola or the knot. If you look, there are complaints daily about the website not working for rsvps, guests being able to find it ect. Save yourself! Go somewhere else, I love using zola.

Not yet, but I haven't checked the page in a couple days so it's my fault. Emailing customer support like Lynnie suggested - I'll let you know how it goes!
