Custom Domain Not Working

Hey yall!

I purchased a custom domain about a month ago and it hasn't worked. I've seen that quite a few folks have had the same issue with no resolve. I've emailed Wedding Wire about the issue twice. The first time someone replied but stopped responding after 2 exchanges. I haven't gotten a response to the second email.

Because I've already sent out invitations with the domain name on it, I need to get the website up ASAP, preferably today. I saw that some of you decided not to go with WW for this very reason. Can you recommend other platforms I can use to set up my site rather quickly?

Also, if you're someone who has had the domain issue resolved, can you suggest how I might go about doing that?
