Custom domain

I purchased a custom domain last week but never got any communication from WeddingWire other than payment confirmation. I’ve seen a lot of posts about the same thing, but no information on how to solve. Anyone have ideas?

    Hi! I’m having the same issue. I purchased a custom domain for a 2 year time period and it hasn’t gone live. Any help would be appreciated!
