Custom wood save the date coasters

Autumn, on December 28, 2017 at 7:41 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 9

Hey all,

My groom has made a custom design for our save the dates that we want to engrave into wood coasters. Ideally they would have a magnet on the back so that our guests could stick them on their fridges until the big day. We've checked out VistaPrint and Etsy (we're only interested in US shops because of ship time) and haven't had much luck. Anyone out there know of any sites?

Thanks!

Autumn

What about something from here? They appear to be located in the US:

That being said, to be honest I would save your money. While your date is important for you, unfortunately a coaster with your names and date will hold less value for them once invitations arrive. In most caseworker, it will probably be tossed. I would save the money and apply it to food or drinks... Your guests will appreciate it!

I appreciate the feedback and know that traditional save the dates would be less expensive. But we have our hearts set on this and think our friends and family will enjoy the artwork that my fiancé has designed. Thanks again!

Seems expensive for an STD. Might make for a nice favor...?

If it's in your budget, don't worry about it! My FH is in love with these little cards that have a screen that plays a few seconds of video and he's dead set on getting a bunch to use as thank-you cards. They're $45 EACH but he's not gonna budge and we have it in the budget so I'm not gonna argue. Smiley smile
