Anyone else just dance and drink the night away after all of the formalities of the wedding??😂 i watched tons of wedding videos leading up to our big day and all of them seem so… proper? Haha. At ours, Everyone was just getting down after 8PM and the shots were rolling throughout the night so we def got drunk and just let loose. But Im just wondering, did you and your new husband get drunk the night of your wedding or did you manage to stay pretty sober?🤣

I think I drank more than my husband. I got good and tipsy, I wouldn’t say drunk. I had a blast.

We haven’t had our wedding yet, but I predict this is how our night will go also. These are the best weddings! It’s fun when the bride and groom let loose and party with their guests!

We definitely had fun (and did secret shots of Jager after our ceremony on the walk to our cocktail hour lol) but didn’t get wasted. We have plenty of nights of going crazy, we really wanted to be present for every moment of our wedding.

Definitely didn’t get drunk- I’m a recovering alcoholic (been sober 15 years) so drinking was out for me. However we had an absolute blast! Dancing, eating & celebrating with friends & family! I know my husband had some drinks in him but didn’t get drunk.

I haven't had my wedding yet, but I don't plan on getting drunk, I want to remember and be present for the entire day. BUT I do plan on having drinks throughout the day (starting with brunch mimosas). We plan on dancing the night away with our guests.

We drank and let lose, however, we did not get drunk. We wanted to make sure we remembered everything and that we felt great the next day when we left for our minimoon. We had a great time at our reception!
