Dancing or no dancing

Mary, on March 26, 2020 at 5:01 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 4
My venue is at at a b&b theydo the ceremony, dinner, and cake there are only 15 that the venue holds including the bride and groom but they don't offer dancing or dj. I'm sad on that and I would really love to dance with my fh and father I never danced with them before is there something that I should do or do differently I don't know the guest are all older so should there be dancing and music? There isnt going to be any alcohol either just the champagne toast. But that's ok right? Thank for your response

I think no alcohol is fine.

for the dancing do you mainly want to do your first dance and a dance with your dad? if so, maybe you could even just make a small amount of space somewhere so that you could have that? you don't need a DJ for a small wedding so long as you can get a speaker and a playlist off a phone at least.

You could use your own computer or phone and a speaker if it’s a small group and you want music. Just have someone to help you with it.

If you are just wanting to have a dance with your FH and father, I say bring a speaker and play the two songs (a third song if you FH would like to dance with his mother/a special lady in his life), so you can enjoy those special moments.
