Years ago some close friends gave me a Lego figurine, that was supposed to be me. It was super cool - and looked a lot like me. When I started dating my girlfriend and I went to the Lego store and we "made her". Clothes matched her work uniform and everything. (It was cheaper to get three than just one so we also made alternate fictional versions of ourselves also, which was fun). Our wedding topper our Lego couple counterparts - I bought the wedding set and exchanged the heads so it really would be our characters. Silly and fun, but somehow it meant something to us. The wedding favors were all lego minifigs.
