Just curious, How long did you and your partner date before being engaged? My husband and I dated for exactly 3 years before he proposed. We made it official 10.06.16, he proposed 10.06.19, and we got married 10.06.20 What about you?

We met/started talking August 2012, made our relationship official September 2012, had our first baby July 2013, got engaged January 2021, had our second baby June 2021, and we’re getting married September 2022. We kinda did things backwards but it’s ok because it worked for us and we love our family that we’ve created. I’m excited that I finally get to share the same last name with him and our kiddos, too! 💕😝👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💍

Ooh so I have an interesting one, my hubby and I had known each other as friends since August 24th of 2020, we started college together, so we’ve had history together, July 18th of 2023, we started dating, he did not propose but we decided to move forward as an engaged couple in this past September, neither of us liked the get down on one knee type of thing, we started planning the wedding while doing college coursework, he worked part time, then on this past June 22nd we tied the knot. So it was less than three months I guess?
