David’s Bridal dress still hasn’t shipped?

I ordered my wedding dress off of david’s bridal on july 12th. I ordered a ready to ship dress since my wedding is so soon (we’re in the military so we only have a month to plan). anyways like I said it was ordered on the 12th and it said shipping would take about 14 days but I keep checking my account and it says my order is in progress? does this mean it hasn’t even shipped? i’ve never seen the dress in person and I have no idea if it’s even going to fit. i’m freaking out. has anyone experienced anything like this? idk if I should call my local david’s bridal and see if they can help or what
