Long post**
Some of you might already know my experience with DB alterations. It hasn't been good...Alterations were suppose to be completed/fixed by May 9th for my May 13th wedding. Unfortunately that was postponed to this fall.
We found out last week that we are still able to do a private ceremony if we wanted on our original date. We already have our license so we're like yess!!So the store manager happened to contact me to let me know they'll refund me to accommodate my alterations or they can offer me a dress with a discount. In my opinion, this is perfect! I actually chose to get a budget friendly dress for my sunrise ceremony. The manager already had a dress in mind that she thought would suit my style and setting. So she and her team texted me a few dress links and when I wanted to see one I was interested in, they put the gown on a manican and sent me photos! I loved a dress, got details on cost. So here was my deal. The gowns original price was 500. Online it is discounted to 400. They gave me an additional 10% off and used a 20 dollar coupon. THEN promised to refund me 280 cash from my main dress, when the stores open back up. So in the end, I basically got this gown for 80 dollars! Not only do I get to wear it for my "legalmony" lol, but its perfect for dinner rehearsal later on and a honeymoon date! We hit a bump with shipping, but the manager was able to talk to a few people and had it shipped yesterday and it was delivered today!! I'm beyond pleased with how this turned out!! FH doesn't want to see the gown, so I wanted to share Thank you for listening to my excitement!
