Davids bridal return policy

From what I understand you can do exchanges in the store for items of equal or greater value. No returns with money or gift cards back.

As long as there's no wear or tear they will most likely exchange them for you. They exchanged my best friends dress after she lost all her baby weight.

I've heard/seen different locations approach it differently. Do you know who you spoke with that said they would exchange it for you? I would suggest double checking with them, and if possible going at a time when they will be in the store. The location that I deal with normally has not problem with doing exchanges.

I've heard similar to PPs, but if they were on clearance you may not be able to exchange them.

As long as its not dirty or "worn" looking they will exchange. If not call or email corporate.

I didn't get a name because I was in panic mode because I had left the bridal salon after they already hemmed my dress and have to get a similar height. They weren't on clearance the shoes were buy one get one half but I didn't get these for half I got another pair also( flip flops) which they took half of.

You can exchange an item (within a time limit) for store credit, but they will not give you a refund.
