Davids bridal tracking

Sometimes places send the tracking number before it's really sent and just they've made the label. Maybe check again in a day or two?

You could also check FedEx or DHL to see if the tracking number works there. It didn't mention anywhere what mode of shipping they were using?

My MOH had a similar issue with her bridesmaid dress. She ended up calling customer service and they told her there was no way for her to track the order. She called again and they told her they placed the order under my name instead of hers and asked me to go on their website and log in and see if there was anything in my order history - there wasn't. They basically told her too bad and she needed to wait and see if it came. It did end up coming and got delivered to her house but her dress was a special order (they don't carry the one she wanted in stock) so the whole process took a few months and it really stressed her out. Hopefully they can resolve it for you!!

Wait a day or two and try tracking again.
Also check FedEx?

If it starts with a 9400 its USPS. If this helps at all.

I agree- I worked for UPS in high school and this would happen all the time. It has technically shipped, but it hasn't been scanned by the courier yet.

I would call the store. The shipping provider will depend on where it is being shipped from.

Also if you go to google and put the tracking number in the search bar it it should come up under however it was sent. DHL, UPS etc

I work for DBfresno I’m not sure where you are located but they could be a number or letter off on the tracking number I would call and double check the spelling of your name full address & the correct tracking (slowly) to be sure it’s correct and where it is. Also ask for them to look on the ups site to track for your package they are able to look it up in store whichever store it was sent from in order to be shipped to you.

The company I work for sends out tracking info as soon as we have it. It usually takes 24 hours for the tracking number to actually work. I ordered from David’s bridal and had them ship it to me after it came into the store. It was a little hassle to get that done but once that was all done in only took a few days for my dress to come. It comes in the cutest pink box.

Tracking numbers are created the same time as the label. When your dress actually ships, you'll be able to track it. Give it another day or so.

Were you ever able to get your tracking to show up?

I got the tracking number but its not even showing that ups picked it up yet

Update on my dress. I called ups again today and they had no records of it ever being picked up. So i called davids bridal again told them what was going on and they had the GM look into it. My dress was still sitting at the store so it will be over night shipped to me. Thank god

That's incredibly frustrating that they never even shipped it. But thank goodness it's finally going to be on its way to you.
