Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred....

I just started the 30 day shred.....my goodness! It reallllllly works you hard! My friend did it last year and said the results are amazing if you do it everyday. I know this has come up on here before, has anyone had great results from it?

    I've been doing it and did Level 2 for the first time Saturday! OMG I am still sore!

    I started the Ripped in 30 and the 6 pack in 6 weeks and those were a killer! I've only tried them both once but I was sore for days afterwards. I can only imgaine how it will be when I get my lazy butt up every morning to do them. I've heard great reviews on the 30 day shred.

    I'm thinking of getting the Brazilian Butt Lift video set (from the makers of P90X) since my butt and thighs are trouble spots for me. Has anyone tried that workout?

    Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout DVD. I got mine at Walmart for $10. It's a 20 minute workout that follows Jillians 3-2-1 routines, 3 minutes strength training, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute ab work, then repeat. You do level 1 until you are ready to advance, then start level 2, then level three... It's great for people who are pressed for time.

    Okay I want that....I have been doing 20 min cardio and 30 min resistantance for a week now and I don't feel anything...

    Jillian Michaels is my freaking hero!! I adore her, good luck with the shred. I'm doing Insanity right now, and I'm bummed that I now have a cold and have to decide whether to keep going or take a break til I'm better.

    I love the Shred!! I meant to do it for the month of April but missed 4 days in a row last week bc of my schedule... back to it!

    Never thought I would ACTUALLY sweat, but I do!

    I am doing P90X and I like it so far. I too need the Brazil Butt videos though cause my thighs and bottom are my trouble spots as well. I figure after I finish the P90X system I will move on to something more focused on thighs and buttocks.

    I'm on day 8 of the 30 day Shred! I'm really liking it. I love how it really feels like a hard work out but you're not really super tired later to do other active things....haven't lost any weight yet, but feel my arms and legs getting more toned! good luck!

    I've been doing the shred since march 7th...and in the first 30 days i lost 16.6 lbs and i have been able to fit into jeans and tee shirts that i haven't been able to wear in at least 2 years! i absolutely LOVE it!

    I ordered the 30 Day Shred yesterday. I'm glad this post came up!! I can't wait to start it...or maybe from what ya'll are saying...I CAN WAIT!! LOL!!!

    We started our "let's look great for our engagement pictures" workout plan/weight loss. after three days, I'm dying! pretty sure my fiance is trying to kill me. we've just been going on super long, brisk walks so far. he's letting me take today off, but says tomorrow, we're going to start jogging, and I'm not looking forward it! I'm soo sore, but definitely enjoying my day off Smiley smile

    @ July, good for you! I did the first day on Tuesday and haven't done it again! I hurt so bad- my thighs STILL burn if I squat down. I was miserable lol. I'll try again next week...
