Day-of coordinator

Everyone on this website/discussion group has been so helpful.

Does anyone have recommendations for a day-of coordinator? I don't need a full-on planner, as I've already done most of the work myself. But, I think it might be helpful to have someone on the day to keep everyone organized, maybe setup a little, and wrangle stray relatives.

Thoughts? Recommendations? All I found when googling was wedding planners starting at like $8k.

    What city are you in? I’d recommend my day-of coordinator, but I think she’s local only.


    WeddingWire does allow you to select “Day of Coordination” in the filters when searching for “Wedding Planner”. I’d recommend doing a search on here specific to your area and on The Knot as well.

    I'm going with Just Breathe. They're really great so far and way under 8k! I'm getting married in Berks County, PA.

    Look on this wedding wire app and type in the search engine in the city you live or center amounts miles from you and I'm sure that you will find what you are looking for. Happy planning and Congratulations to you both

    We're in Middletown, CT - so basically greater Hartford area, or even New Haven. I will take a look at these search engines everyone recommended. Thank you!

    Can your venue reccomend anyone? They can possibly tell you of people they have worked with in the past and that did a good job communicating with them.

    Are you wanting someone to plan from scratch and you show up as a guest? Or do you want to pick your venue and vendors and have someone tie up the loose ends during the last few months of planning?


    Take a look at Instagram for your area because many vendors advertise there. Also eventective.com

    You can find them also here as well on the app 8k is way too steep when they're only there for little stuff setup keep you on time and make who ever isn't on the guest list won't get in unless we are notified that they are at the door. But you can find what you need here happy planning
