Day of prep-- what time do men meet up to get ready?

Spark, on July 15, 2022 at 8:19 AM Posted in Planning 3 5
Ladies start at 7 am.

I was going to order food for both parties but men won't arrive that early i assume.
Ceremony at 430. Photographer arrives at 230.

Are the men getting ready together or are they all showing up already ready? Our guys didn't get ready together so we just had them all at the venue 20 minutes before the photographer showed up so we could start pictures as soon as they arrived.

Are you getting ready altogether? If not, let your partner and the men handle themselves. Smiley smile

I don’t see the men showing up that early as they don’t have hair and makeup to get done. I would only order for the women & maybe closer towards the time they arrive (depending on when they do) I would suggest maybe getting food at a different time so they can have some.

My guys are getting ready starting at 7 because they're getting straight shaves and makeup done. They'll also have a mimosa bar and food, so they need time to enjoy it. Also, my FH will be kicked out of our hotel room at 6:30 am for me and the women to get ready, so he'll have to head to the best man's suite.

Are they all getting ready together? I think our plan is just for the guys to arrive at the church ready to go. If they are getting ready together, I'd just leave it up to your fiancé to take care of his people. They can all coordinate how much time they need, how much/ which food to order, etc.
