Day-of schedule for 5pm weddings?

Getting married at 6:15 (invitations say 6, but we have a lot of tardy relatives). So far our itinerary looks something like this:

9 AM: Breakfast

10 AM: Hair/nails

12 PM: Lunch

1:30 - 4 PM: Make-up and relaxing at the hotel, getting ready pictures

5 PM: arrive at chapel, bride gets dressed, groom/groomsmen have pictures taken

5:30 PM: bride/bridesmaids have pictures taken

6:00 PM: guests start arriving, bride hides in a closet guzzling mimosas

6:15 PM: ceremony starts

6:45 PM: ceremony ends, cocktail half-hour begins, pictures with family

7:15 PM: bride and groom make entrance, eat

7:45 PM: bride and groom do first dance, other dances follow

8:00 PM: cake cutting?

10:45 PM: bride and groom escape

11:00 PM: after gathering decorations, gifts and leftover cake, wedding party exits

This is a REALLY rough draft.

Oh, meant to say just subtract an hour for any of those and it might give you a good idea of when to schedule your activities.

@Crystal P could you please send me your example of your wedding day timeline? I know things don't have to be perfect and glitches may happen. But it's I'd rather have a guideline
