Is your reception at the same venue as the ceremony?

Yes.. it’s one big room, instead of doing a full cocktail hour we’re just doing 30 minutes so we can flip the room from ceremony to reception

Do you need to add in any travel time? Is the hair and makeup just for you? If others will be there, I would have like BM 1 hair at 9am, BM 2 hair at 9:30am, brides hair at 10am, etc. Is anyone going to be joining you while you get ready? I would include what time they arrive. Are there any speeches other than your thank you/prayer? Will your photographer be there to take pictures while you get ready? Might want them to come before 12 then?

How many guests will you be having and how are you serving dinner? 30 minutes is a very short time to allot for dinner
I would also add in some padding time in between events. Is it really feasible to say you’ll have your first dance for exactly 5 mins, the prayer will begin immediately and then dinner will be served the next second?
    What about speeches?
I think a timeline is a great idea but maybe loosen up the timing a little bit. On the dot for start time of the ceremony, but everything else just kind of flows. Do you have a day of coordinator to keep everything on track?

10 minutes for breakfast and 30 minutes for dinner is not enough. Relax, enjoy this time. Especially if you are getting ready with bridesmaids i wouldnt think 10 minutes for breakfast is enough unless they are eatinf inbetween....and 30 minutes for dinner?? Sometimes it takes awhile for food to come out if its plated. If its a buffet it takes even longer due to people having to get up and go
but then 3 hours for photos??? I guess i would say add some more wiggle room on meal times

I would look at adding any buffer time for travel to the venue, add more time for breakfast and dinner, add more time for getting dressed. It looks like you might need to start earlier in the day or take time off of other things, like it doesn't take 20 minutes to cut the cake. Cutting cake takes all of 5 minutes and not many people pay attention anyway. What does it mean "prepare for ceremony" from 3:15 to 3:30? I would start your day an hour earlier at the minimum if you're planning on having breakfast all together and to add in additional time later in your day.

I guess I should have added more detail lol. They aren't getting just 10 minutes for breakfast. My plan was to have everyone settle in for 10 minutes and make their plates, then half would still be eating while the other half start hair & make up. Then they flip when their done.
Not everyone is a breakfast person so that will work out.

And in regards to dinner. We are having a buffet. My aunt, who is acting as my day of coordinator, said when the last person goes through food line we will cut the cake. Therefore everyone has 50 minutes (30 from start of dinner + 20 after cake cut) to eat. And they still can eat while other people are dancing.

The reception & ceremony are in the same building so I don't have to do any travel time.

It looks pretty organized. The things I would question is, 3 hours for pictures? Do you have a really large bridal party? If not, then you probably won't need that much time. My photographer told me she will only need about 90 minutes max (pre-ceremony) and then she'll take another 30 minutes after the ceremony for any pictures with family (during cocktail hour). Also I don't think your cake cutting will take more than 5 minutes. I get if you are putting down 20, just to give yourself a buffer between events. Otherwise, I think it looks great. I hope I can get mine this organized on paper, as currently my timeline is only in my head.
