After the rehearsal luncheon, my bridesmaids and I will be hitting up the spa for a little R&R! Getting should massages with aromatherapy!

My husband and I did a spa day and nice dinner out the Saturday before our wedding. It was nice to have a day just to ourselves to enjoy and relax together before everyone started getting into town.

I'm planning to go with my mom and sister for a pedicure the day before the wedding. They also do mini spa treatment on your legs and feet while you are there and have you sitting in a massage chair. Sooo relaxing! I went for my birthday earlier in April and both my mom and FH fell asleep while getting theirs done.

I like to take a day once a month and just do an at home spa day like sheet mask and foot soaks
