I'd love to meet you all, know what your colors are, inspiration, theme, what your gown looks like, where you are getting married, and any other details you may wish to share. Together we can all plan the most perfect December weddings!

We are having a private Christmas wedding in Natchez, MS at a fabulous historic mansion now an Inn. Can't wait!! We will have about 12 guests ( immediate family and witnesses). It's 3 hours from our hometown. So a mini destination wedding. Our colors are pale pink, burgundy, ivory, and rose gold. My wedding gown is a warm, pale pink named Meena by Martin Thornburg. My shoes are Jimmy Choo's that I bought on FARFETCH for a bargain. I love how sparkly they are. My purse is sitting in my skirt ruffles and its by Mary Frances ( that is the true color of my dress, more warm pink than in designer pics). I'm a veil designer so I'm hoping to have a hatbox cake similar to this, but a bit more elaborate. Ha! Ha! We are planning a 3:00pm ceremony. We are going to mini-moon at this Inn in their gorgeous bridal suite. Planning a very large black-tie wedding reception for May. Here are a few photos of what we have going on so far for our Christmas Wedding. I have fallen in love with that bouquet. Another WW bride had it as her photo and she kindly sent it to me.

The fur-baby pictured is my 13 1/2 year old service dog named Gaston. He will be our Pup Of Honor, God-willing.

I hope we all become the best of friends during this most exciting and stressful times of our lives!! 😂 Big hug to each of you!! 💕💖

Invitations no, but our save the dates are in transit and I'm so excited to get them! Hard to see in the picture, but they're navy with gold foil pressed- I love the art deco feel with the leaves 😊

Oh Carly!!! Everything is GORGEOUS!! How perfect for a December wedding. You engagement photos are so romantic! Is your gown strapless? It looks like it is, but I'm on my cell and can't quite tell. Are you going to wear a stole? Beautiful train. Have you bought your veil? Catch us up on where you are in the planning process. Welcome to our December brides group. 💍❄🌲❄

Well, I'm a Type A planner, so we have catering, photography, DJ, venue, attendants, officiant, hotel blocks, most of the decor and most of my dress handled (just need to find my Cinderella shoes!) Currently working on hair and makeup and transportation for the bridal party. I simultaneously feel like there's everything to do and nothing to do!

My gown is strapless. I originally wanted a dress with sleeves, but I have a faux fur stole that I got from Amazon and I will look into getting a lace bolero jacket for the ceremony because I do NOT like my upper arms.

I have a notebook that is stuffed with all the plans. I have deposits down for most of my vendors, next item on the to-do list is send out save-the-dates. We are getting married in Central Illinois, but my family is 3 hours north in Milwaukee and his family is 3 hours south in Southern Illinois, so we want to give everyone plenty of time to make travel arrangements! One of my friends is a graphic designer and has a Stationer business so she'll be designing all of my save-the-dates and invitations as a wedding gift--I only have to pay for supplies and printing.

Love it all! Also a December 2019 bride Smiley smile I can't wait! We're doing navy blue and silver for our colors. Planning on around 100 people. I would like a smaller wedding, but my mom is one of nine children, all of which are married and have children (who are close to my age or older) and all of us are close, to a point that there would be major issues if I invited some people but not others. We don't really have a theme planned, but I am keeping a bit of consistency by having my bouquets be hydrangeas and making the centerpieces with fake hydrangea tops. The thing I'm most excited about is the GORGEOUS chapel Smiley heart Real Italian marble, simplistic yet elegant design *sigh* Can't wait to be Mrs. Mallette

I have to make a comment. Since our venue goes all out for Christmas in December, I had to ask if everything would be in bright green and Christmas red? Talk about clash with my colors. Lol! Anyone else having to ask this question? They are going to use mostly evergreens and gold ribbon as opposed to the all out green and red. I'm so grateful. Here's previous years Christmas decor, which is gorgeous, just not for my December wedding. ❤

Thank you so much, Danielle!! You are so sweet. Your comments have touched my heart. Gaston is getting old and my vet isn't sure he'll be with us for our wedding. Smiley cry He's good now so I'm praying our Pup Of Honor is healthy and in attendance. I want TONS of pics with him!! Are you a December bride?

Another Type A here. 😉 Fiancé is type B. God bless him. Ha! Ha! He's SO laid back. What type of shoes are you looking for? Maybe we can help. I love my Cinderella shoes. They are seven different colors of glitter, 6 different shades of pink and one silver. I just stare at them in the sunlight and watch them sparkle.

I've been very ill, still am, and now my arms aren't toned. I specifically told the bridal consultant NO STRAPLESS GOWNS, but she had one pink one and, of course, that's the one I fell in love with. I hope when I go to physical therapy I look like I did when I bought my gown. So I understand. I can't wear a shrug or bolero with my dress, unfortunately. It's too busy. So I have to tone up my arms. Once I feel better, I'll do it. Now, I must concentrate on getting well. Can't wait for December!!!

Your venue sounds like it's in the most perfect spot right between both families. Good planning!!

How wonderful that your friend it's going to design your STD's and invitations. I can't wait to see them!!

Are you writing your vows or repeating? We are repeating a 1800's version in keeping with our " theme." We think it's romantic. Fiancé begged not to have to write vows. We are writing love letters to each other to be delivered that morning while we are getting ready.

I need input from all interested parties, you do not need to be a December bride. Which invitation do you like best for our Christmas wedding. The laser cut one has the wrong date, fyi. Just vote on your favorite: #1 custom made poinsettia or #2 fancy laser cut. I'm leaning towards #1, but I like them both. Thank you!!
