December 2023 planning

Hey. I’m getting married November 2023. A lot of venues are saying it’s too early to lock anything in but I’m still trying to push forward with plans. We are now trying to decide on a wedding planner so she can handle all the vendors.

My wedding is in june 2023 and so far i have been able to book my doc, the venue, make up artist, florist, and videographer. It just depends on who you go with. I am in the process of booking the bakery and I was told I would have to wait a few more months to book my entertainment which is fine with me as I got the main things out of the way.

I think it all depends on the vendor. My wedding is in September 2023 and we were able to book the venue (which included ceremony, reception, and catering) and are in the process of booking a photographer and DJ. I’ve found so far that only bakers said they wouldn’t book that far ahead, which is no big deal. I say it never hurts to ask! I know 2022 is going to be a record breaker for weddings so I wouldn’t be surprised if people started opening up their books for 2023 sooner rather than later

My wedding is on December 2023 and I already booked my venue which includes DJ, baker, flowers, and catering. I just have to find my photographer and makeup artist. As everyone says it just depends on the vendors because due to Covid people are looking into dates for next year instead.

Congratulations on your wedding!! I am so excited to be getting married. I don't feel like it is too early at all. We have already put our deposit on our venue, and fixing to put a deposit on a photographer. The whole reason I set our wedding date for 2023 is to be able to pay off our wedding and be able to have everything we really want.

It’s never to soon to book. When you find the vendor you want, book them. Otherwise, someone else could book your date with your vendor. Then you have to settle for your 2nd, 3rd or 4th choice. Our Moro is, when you find the vendor you want BOOK the date.

Congratulations! We booked last year we did the venue and used there package which was photographer, dj, florist and baker. The dj and photographer we spoke to and decided what add ons we wanted and signed contracts. The florist said I was too early to have to start making decisions so she said reach out a year or year and a half out, and baker said about the same thing

I don’t think it’s too soon either. I have a estimate of my wedding and with the budget I set we won’t financially break. Yeah some vendors aren’t gonna let you book yet but hey that means when they are ready to start booking you know your day isn’t booked.

I’ve got my venue photographer and dj booked already! It is definitely not to soon!

I’m getting married December 9th, 2023 and right now I have my hairstylist booked and a few other things that we are doing ourselves. We are trying to find a venue so we don’t have to worry about them not having our date available. I’m going to book the rest of the stuff towards the end of this year just so we don’t have to worry about it the year of.

I am already looking as well! I am about to look in my venue and then I will start looking at photographers and djs!

I'm starting to plan my April 2023 wedding and so far have been able to hold my date for the church and we're in the process of choosing a venue and none that I have reached out to have said it's too early. I say if it's a date you are certain on, try to continue pushing forward with booking/reserving things. Best of luck

Hi! My wedding is also in 2023. I have already booked a few vendors and my venue. My venue only has a limited of vendors I can chose from that are approved on their list like the caterer and DJ. Plus I don’t have family helping me and my fiancé and I are doing it ourselves. So we are doing payment plans to have it paid off by the end of this year. Doesn’t hurt to start looking now 😊

I’m planning to have something booked by mid February for my December 2023 wedding. You never know what could happen or what venues are not going to have available. Better to be safe than sorry!! ☺️

I just started looking at venues and most are booking into 2023. The venue that I am booking was pretty well booked for 2023 already. I am having my ceremony and reception at the same venue. I have not yet looked for other vendors that I need but the venue coordinates with specific ones which I can book once the contract is signed.

I don’t think it’s too soon. I would rather be ahead then to plan last minute things. Also, you have to get quotes that will work within your budget. My wedding is December 2024 and we are currently planning. Most vendors told me it’s good that I’m starting early and some are halfway booked for 2023.

My wedding is in April 2023…i haven’t gone a day without planning since my engagement in December 2021! Plan what you can and save what you can as early as you can so that it will be a smooth process for you💕

I haven't started anything yet. Mostly just looking online and using different apps to get organized.
