I think it all depends on your venue space. My venue has round tables so round tables is what we have lol

Round, I want my guests to be able to comfortably chat with each other at the table. Most of the guests will be my family xD so it’s kind of like a large, expensive family reunion funded by me and my FH.

Rounds for the guests. Our head table is going to be in a U - shape

As much as I usually am all about square and modern, I prefer round when it comes to weddings.

We’re having both. But the majority are rounds.

Rounds for the win. Rectangular is too impersonal and stuffy.

Aesthetically speaking, long tables are so nice. As someone who’s been to weddings with both, definitely round! It’s easier to have a conversation with anyone at the table.

I love the rectangle but round allows better conversation among guests.

This is honestly a toss-up for me. I could really go either way. I think both of them can be done very well and offer a lot to the room. We're doing round but only because that's what the venue provides, for no extra cost.

If you have more than like 50-60 guests I prefer round tables Smiley smile

I say that because I went to a 45 guest count wedding where we all sat at one GIANT rectangular table and it was so intimate, beautiful, and memorable. loved it so much!

Both! We had mirror rectangular tables and round tables with tablecloths.

Round tables. Rectangle and squares are too awkward

I love the round tables, but my venue actually has oval tables, which is really unique

I would choose round first, but it really depends on the space that you are working with. Sometimes rectangular seems more fitting for tighter areas.
