Definitely something with fall colored leaves

Baskets of apples, hay bales, fall leaves, gold! Things that remind you of the beauty of fall. You could tie in the food too. Pumpkin pie, apple cider, donuts, early seasonal flavors for holiday as well.

Mums! I bought my friend yellow mums for her wedding because they're very fall and so happy. I personally think sunflowers are more fall but in my region they bloom late in fall so that'd depend on where you live.
Leaves, greenery, cornstalks, corn, hay, apples, squash, are all fall items.

My son got married in October and they used mums and straw bales and greenery along with lanterns, strong lights and candles. It was beautiful.
