I think I just decided to have cheesecake for my wedding cake. I thought they had stopped selling cheesecake company cheesecake at the stores, but apparently I was mistaken.

when I graduated high school, the local cheesecake place decorated my cake in some kind of piping gel. I was thinking about doing something like that perhaps.......
any ideas on how I can decorate a cheesecake, where I can get the stuff? my wedding is all DIY.
