Decorating the get away car 😊

Hello! I haven’t seen anyone do an exit car, but did find these ideas. I think a lot of people do wedding exits. People will line up outside the reception area with sparklers and the couple will walk down as pictures are being taken. Some people also use flower confetti or led balloons.

To be honest, I don't really think this is a trend anymore. In my opinion, it has been replaced instead by "grand exit" photos, i.e. sparklers, glow sticks, bubbles, flower petals, etc.

No one decorated our car, and we very much appreciated that they didn't - because then we didn't have to spend the day between our wedding and the honeymoon cleaning the car up.

Mine was simple all i did was add a cheap decal i found

We (well really him) have just finished restoring a 1965 VW Bug. It will be at the ceremony site for us to leave the ceremony area once married. On the back window we have a Just Married decal my friend is making, on her Circuit machine, in the font and color of our wedding invitation. I just had a meeting with my photographer last night and what he was telling me is that we will do a "mock" grand exit. This will allow everyone to be part of the big "grand exit" experience and big fun group picture of everyone on the dance floor! Loved this idea to do it sooner than later, plus we won't look beat and tired.
