Decoration trouble

Fake flowers, ribbon, and candles are all cheap and elegant decoration ideas. Plus you can pick from any color to make sure you are matching your color scheme.

My wedding is also really modern! My colors are black and Taupe with touches of Mauve. All my signage is black acrylic and my table numbers are taupe acrylic. I do love clear or frosted acrylic, but think it’s a bit over done.

Candles in vases from Dollar Tree. Fresh flowers from fiftyflowers.com will be less expensive than many artificial options.

You can find a lot to fit into your DIY budget. Mine is a beach wedding and we are doing lanterns with a candle and shells inside for table decorations. This is costing us 1/2 of what it would for the florist/event designer to do it. Candles, fake flowers.. all great, cheaper options that look great!

Hi Taeran! I cleaned out my old Bath & Body candles to use the glass. Family and friends gave me theirs too. I put white floating candles with just water. Cost effective, easy to setup and tear down, modern and beautiful!!! Hope this helps ❤️

When I hear modern I think two things - either sleek, minimalist and clean, or warehouse-chic. Pinterest can help a lot but tbh it depends on your venue...what does it already look like? What are your colors?
