You could hire a Day Of Coordinator! They often help with venue setup/tear down. Otherwise, a florist will often do some of the decor setup. If your DJ has special lighting that they use, they will typically take care of that setup too.

Hire a day of coordinator that can decorate for you! That’s what I did. Hired one just for two hours
