Try your local flea market. I live in Nashville and our flea market every month has tons of antlers for sale. Good Luck

Have you considered branches? Easier to find, still ties into your theme and gives the look of antlers. You don't really have much time to find such a unique and expensive item in bulk.

Get the ring bearer a little deer to carry? Then it is a Gift he can play with and not a pillow that you will throw in a box and forget about.

    link for antler candles

Have someone in the family make you some wood cuts for centerpieces?

On a budget? go for a more outdoor look

Collect free glass jars from family members. Get some dollar store candles. Wrap the jar in raffia, grape vines? Add some pine cones around it. A Giant woodcut for a guest book.

There is a name for it (in Canada at least) but I can't remember it. You actually go and look for the antlers in the woods. Usually where you would go hunting you go and walk around and find them. I no it sounds crazy but my friend has a million of them from doing this!

Try Etsy for the antlers. Probably a little more expensive, but they're for sale. Maybe you can get a seller to give you a bulk discount?
