Deleting Favorite Vendors

Hi Jillian! Have you tried opening the storefronts of your favorite vendors and clicking the heart icon again to 'un-favorite' them? It's worth a try!! Also try using Chrome as your web browser.

I am having the same issue! I want to narrow down my venue vendor list and when I go to the vendor storefront to click the heart to 'un-favorite' them, it takes me to my favorites list rather than removing them from my favorites. HELP!

If you are using the iOS app, you can unfavorite the vendors by opening the vendor manager, clicking on the vendor's category and then clicking on the vendor that you want to unfavorite. On that page, just press 'Remove'!

I am using the android app.

The steps are the same on Android, it just looks a little bit different from the iOS app! Just open\ the vendor manager, click on the vendor's category and then click on the vendor that you want to unfavorite. On that page, just press 'Remove'!
