Just got engaged and we are thinking of a destination wedding in Scotland or Ireland. Any suggestions on which resources to use for planning? Small intimate gathering- close family and possibly friends who may want to join-?

I'd also start looking at venues and see how all-inclusive their packages are! The more services they cover in-house the easier your planning will be!!

I'd HIGHLY recommend using DestinationWeddings.com. The website looks dated, but I assure you I would be LOST without them. My fiances sister-in-law got married in Mexico, and we decided we wanted to do the same so we used her DW.com planner and she is amazing! The sister-in-law has had SIX friends also use the DW.com planner and every single one has loved her! They're free, and they make commissions from the venue and from your booking guests.
