Congratulations on your engagement! If you’re booking each of your vendors yourself, then just start making a list of the vendors you’ll want (photographer, DJ, officiant, florist, etc) and start going through reviews, doing research on the average costs in Sedona to come up with a budget, identifying wish lists with your partner, etc. I would definitely recommend deciding on an overall budget and desired guest list first because that will help you find a venue. A lot of vendors won’t book until you’ve secured a date, and some venues have rules on which vendors you can use, so locking in your venue is one of the first priorities.
