Beware! I am less than 24 hours from heading to TN from FL and I just wanted to show everyone a behind the scenes of what a destination wedding actually looks like (when you're driving at least). First four pictures are my spare bedroom/craftroom. Next is our bedroom/closet lol.
I should have just done a local wedding Haha so excited to be heading out tomorrow though! 4 days guys!!!

I can totally relate. We did a destination wedding and we had to rent a mini van and our car and my parents car and they were all packed.

HAHA Oh girl, that looks like our place without the cat. Our son and FDIL will be here tomorrow night and all I can do is apologize for the mess and promise it'll be over soon. lol

Yeah we have a pet sitter coming for the week because we have 2 dogs and 2 cats and FH and I are moving all this stuff in garage to be packed in car tomorrow when I get off work and we are frantically cleaning as well.

Yay! It's so close now❤️ At least you're driving, we are flying to our destination wedding. I seriously don't know how I'm going to fit everything in a suitcase lol

Good luck! We're having an OOS wedding too and I'm hoping we can just fly what we need to out there (not planning to DIY too much) - but it's a year from now so who knows! Might be forcing my future hubby to help me drive a bunch of stuff [...checking google maps...] 11 hours.

We are having a destination wedding and this is very similar to what our house looks like as well! I'm packing my stuff, wedding stuff, and my animals stuff because they will be in boarding for 6 days.

I plan on mailing a box to myself for our destination wedding. But I also am not going to need to bring much as far as extras, so I’m thankful for that!

Yeah we have my stuff little ones stuff and FH stuff plus wedding stuff. Luckily our fur babies are staying home and we have a pet sitter swinging by to take care of them.

Is this a heavy DIY wedding? We are doing a semi-destination wedding (3 hours away from us, but everyone else has to fly in). I am debating how much stuff I want to DIY because FH and I both drive small cars.

Quite a heavy DIY lol to save money and make it more personal and honestly I thought it would be easier because I couldn't meet a lot of my vendors more than once. Being a few states away DIY was so much easier.... until packing it all up became a factor.... lol
