Destination wedding welcome bags

I didnt read all the comments so maybe someone has suggested this already.. But what if you ask the resort you're staying at or your wedding Planner to assemble them and distribute to all of the rooms before you all get there.... May be a little more expensive though.. Doesn't hurt to ask though!

I think they are a great gesture, but I would not give them out before hand. I would either ship the bags to the hotel or bring everything with you. Maybe consider doing travel sizes of everything, so it's less to lug.

I would do tylenol, tissues, sunblock, sunglasses, chapstick, and snacks. I would also talk to the resort about adding two bottles of water to each bag when you get there.

OP's wedding is already gone but for anyone else wondering, there are a few companies in Jamaica offering wedding favors. And most of those items are available in Jamaica, so no need to ship. You just tell them what you wish to put in, and they handle it all for you, get it to your hotel and it can be in your guest's room when they arrive No hassle.
