It took 5 months but I finally got it done, removed the damaged stuff and gave it shape again. Also learned some techniques to make my moisturizer really work as its fine protein wise just more moisture retention since I'm low porosity.

First two pus are after cut, second two are before.

Love the curl definition! I'm a curly girl too.
I've gotten a deva cut as well, but didn't feel like it was worth the money.

Deva cut literally changed my life. I never wore my hair down before and consequently it was thinning from the weight of a pony tail. Now I can wear it down every day and it’s so much healthier

Hi Tessa!!! This looks awesome! I have heard so many great things about the Deva Curl cut.
Are you planning on wearing your hair down for your wedding? Or did you have another style in mind?

I got the cut to remove my split ends and give it shape. As for the day of the wedding I am looking to get my hair braided then put it back in a bun with bellydance/braid hair decor. It's a May wedding so really won't be able to keep it down before get hot.
