Happy Friday everyone
So this is nothing new and I know I'm not the only one who goes through this, BUT, how do you eat when you have anxiety
Ok let me explain: I have a few things coming up today and tomorrow that I've been super nervous for the past month or so and this week I have been an anxiety filled mess so much so that I haven't eaten more than a Hot Pocket in the last three days !! This happens with every single "event", I anticipate it, then stress about it, and then I wont eat for days..
Obviously on my wedding day I need to eat, the whole week leading up to my wedding i need to eat, every single day of my life I need to eat LOL. Soo do you guys have tricks or tips for me and other nervous-nellys to EAT SOMETHING besides forcing myself to eat??
(Disclaimer: I am healthy, I go to the doctor, nothing is wrong with me except my crippling anxiety and I am working on something to help with that - I just don't do "prescription medication" I feel (for me) it does more harm than good)
