It's a gift, so you should absolutely write a thank you! Just say thank you for the lingerie and you look forward to debuting it on the honeymoon. You can also say that you loved seeing them, but I'd definitely directly address the gift. It's not life they didn't know why they were buying it!

My cousins gave me an entire basket of lingerie and "other stuff" (edible undies, a "fantasy" kit, etc) at my shower, on top of a more traditional gift. They each got a thank you card that referenced both.

Write a note, but instead of focusing on how you're going to use the gift and how much it's come in handy, just keep it to "It's so pretty" or "It's my favorite color" or, since these are close friends, even a joke like "I'll think of you every time I wear it ." At least my friends would laugh at that.
