My FH proposed to me in a photo album. He had chosen so many wonderful moments of our time together. I decided to honor that when I made our STDs by using some of those photos. I found this template on Unique Photo's Photo Lab website.
Our paper for the wedding was custom designed for us. I gave the designer my vision and she went with it. These are our STDs but I dont have invitations yet
That's adorable, he must have put alot of thought into that album. I spent weeks figuring out which design to use for our save the dates. We ended up using customizing a template from Walgreens and showing off some engagement photos.

Oh, he knew. In fact, he edited it himself. He paid for them, we picked them up together and delivered stacks of them to our Moms. A few days later his Mom found a mistake: our date said 2018 instead of 2019!!! He realized that when he did his edits, he forgot to save the project! So we had go back and order them again! 😂🤣🤣
*When I had originally typed the date, I was so used to writing 2018 as a force of habit, so it had been overlooked.

Thank you. When describing his idea for the proposal album on www.lilyandjason.com, he said, "One thing I noticed very early in our relationship is just how sentimental she is, to the point where I joked that she holds the record for most Facebook Memories shared. Between that and her love of photos, I came up with the idea of giving her a photo album of memories shared together. The last photo would contain the words I know she wanted to hear more than any others - “Will You Marry Me?”
As far as choosing where to print our save the dates, he had recommended Unique photo. That is where he had saved and printed out the photos for the album, so everything I needed for this project was already stored in his account. Unique Photo is a professional camera store. As sports journalist, my FH has been going there for years.

These are very nice! I tried designing an invitation set on Shutterfly, but they didn't come out so good. We ended up going to a family friend who is an authorized invitations retailer. She also did my Bat Mitzvah invitations back in 1996!

It's created on a wall hanging. After the wedding I'm going to create a gallery wall with a bunch of things from the wedding and engagement
Those look great! I am designing our invites but not our save the dates. I want to wait until we get our engagement photos done, which we're waiting until July for!
Wow! That is so creative and awesome! I love it! Not sure what route we will go... I didn't even think about DIY for save the dates, I guess because I doubt my skills You did a wonderful job and they show your personalities which is adorable.
