Did you put centerpieces on your head table?

I am doing a sweet heart table and I was planning on using my bouquet at the centerpiece. If your doing a head table you could provide vases for each of your girls to park their bouquets in and use that as your centerpieces.

I am on a budget so I am trying to make my flowers stretch as far as I can.

I want something on the table so it's not just table. I love @Andrea H. idea! I kind of smacked my forehead saying "why didn't I think of that yet!"

I have it planned but my centerpieces don't take up a whole lot of space. My head table will have different linens on it, and special draping, to make it stand out.

I haven't given it much thought but my tables will have votives I may put some randomly around the head table (its rectangle not circle).

Yes, there were centerpieces on my daughters head table. They were different than those on the guest tables. They were "fishbowl" shaped containers with some "twigs" and floating flowers.

The two main floral arrangements from the ceremony, were at each end of the head table.

I had a centerpiece on our sweetheart table - a siimple large bubble glass cylinder with some bear grass inside it and a few orchids. It was a totally different centerpiece than what was on the other tables.

We had a small arrangement (2 hydrangea stems on a vase) on the head table, plus the gluten free small tier of the cake (that had flowers on top) and then I laid my bouquet down after walking in. And then our big cake table was right next to the head table, so that helped jazz things up when you looked in that direction b/c it was literally right next to us and showed up in the photos.

I love the pretty sweetheart table overlays and displays people arrange, they look really beautiful, we just wanted to keep it simple.
