Did you say anything other than "YES" after he proposed?

When we tried to remember the proposal, we don't think I ever actually said, "yes!" I agreed somehow, though!

Same here @Lynzey K. I think I said, 'Really?! are your sure??" and he was like, "umm i just don't go buy a ring because I'm not serious!" ...Ok

Mine was "are you serious, what the hell" but I was 8 months huge with our daughter and I thought we were going to wait lol

He was down on one knee and opened the ring box upside down so the ring fell out, he picked it up and put it back in the box. I never actually said yes. I said something like "omg.omg. omg. Get up! Can I put it (the ring) on now? Do my parents know?"

Nicole, I asked what he was doing, too LOL He got the dog involved in it and it took me FOREVER to figure out what he was doing, and the dog is just sitting there with this "It TOOK you long enough, Mommy!" look on her face. He kept saying "Soon" and it took him over a MONTH from the time he BOUGHT the ring to actually propose, so I was cranky and not paying him any attention!!

I shock my head yes then I was like....I knew you was up to something!! lol I hate surprises

I said "come again? Let me walk by out then try again." Then I realized he was still on his knee and he asked "are you gonna answer?"

I just got home from work when he proposed.

I kept saying "Are you serious?" because I didn't think we were going to get engaged until this summer. Oh and he was so nervous he never actually said "Will you marry me?" while he was proposing and when he was done talkinghe just looked at me like "Well?" and I said "You haven't asked me anything yet" lol

I don't even think he ever asked the question, so I didn't need to answer. We just discussed being married and the following week he took me ring shopping...like it was a given.

Awesome question! My fiance took me to Fenway Park and proposed on the big screen (my dream proposal which he researched LOL) and I couldn't get the word "yes" out without saying "really? are you serious?" first LOL

Lol he proposed while I Was filling up a water bottle about to go to bed.... no knee either lol

I wasn't expecting it so I said "you're just joking" then when he pulled the ring out my response was "well OK then " lol

"I need to go to the bathroom, I can't see!" lol FH says he never heard an actual yes but i definitely squeaked it and nodded then cried so my eyeliner and mascara blinded me =P

My FH was posed on the bed with the E-ring in his mouth making a kissyface with his lips and holding it in his lips, when I walked in, I first just stared at him... and so he just started pointing to his lips... pointing and I just stood there.... for like 30 seconds... and he took the ring out of his mouth and said "you know... it isn't as easy as it looks holding this tiny ring in my lips like this...." and then he put it back in his mouth and continued posing...

and because he said that the way he did I just started busting up on the floor uncontrollably... I felt really bad because I know he was nervous... but it was just sooo funny...

it doesn't help he was posing in his boxers and pointing to the ring... it just made it sooo much more comical

First off he took me to a shore town and I thought we were going to visit his family so when we got to a dead end and I realized I was at a beach I was in shock! He got down on his knee and asked all I kept yelling was "omg am I dreaming?!" Over and over. Poor guy was still on his knee and says "sooo yes?". I said yes of course!!
